Avora Markets implements strict KYC screening to verify the identity of every client before activating their live trading account.

Required Identification Documents

To verify your account, you must upload the following documents through the Avora Markets client portal:

• Proof of Identity (POI): A valid color copy of a government-issued photo ID, passport, or driver's license. The document must show your full name, date of birth, photo, and a valid expiration date.
• Proof of Residence (POR): A copy of a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or local tax statement issued within the last 90 days. The document must show your full name and current residential address. We cannot accept PO Box addresses.

Document Quality and Verification Guidelines

To ensure quick approval, please make sure your uploaded documents meet the following criteria:

• The entire document must be visible, with all four corners showing.
• The text must be clear, readable, and free of blur or glare.
• No alterations, edits, or crops should be made to the image file.
• The details on the document must exactly match the details registered on your Avora Markets account.

Verification Timeline & Account Activation

Once you upload your verification documents, our compliance team reviews them within 24 hours. Once approved, your account is activated for trading, and you will receive confirmation via email. If a document is rejected, we will email you with details on what needs correction.

Periodic Updates & Data Security

To comply with regulatory standards, we may periodically ask you to update your verification documents. All personal information and files uploaded to our portal are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption and handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
